Learn to Fall Safely with Bridgetown Aikido
In our six-week course, participants will develop an Aikido-based technique for safely handling falls, aimed at minimizing the risk of injury.
Course will help develop:
- Balance & Situational Awareness Training: Learn techniques to improve your stability and awareness, reducing the risk of slips and falls in everyday situations.
- Strengthening & Conditioning for Core Muscles: Build and maintain the strength you need to stay active, with exercises designed to target key muscle groups that support your body’s core.
- Fall Safely Techniques: Gain the ability to receive a fall safely, minimizing injury and increasing your confidence in movement.
